Specialized training for community first responders (fire, medical, law enforcement) on how to show empathy and compassion in a safe and helpful manner to people at an emergency scene. It is an on-site, 3 hour, instructor led WORKSHOP via video presentation. Video Set, Handouts, and Resource Materials are shipped by USPS in digital format on a USB Flash Drive.
